True Form is a growing fitness apparel and accessories brand brought to life in April 2019. The vision is to bring you a genuine gym wear brand for all shapes and sizes. A brand that is honest, real and most importantly relatable. We feel it’s valuable to showcase a range of men and women of different size, shape and colour. Maybe like you, we’ve seen many brands fail to promote diversity to its fullest.

How often have you scrolled through a website only to see the same body type plastered all over it or flicked through a magazine and see the same perfectly airbrushed person? To be clear, there is no issue with promoting smaller sizes BUT equally there should be more effort made to show a range of sizes we can ALL look towards and really feel as though we can envisage wearing what is on display.

We aim to create products that are contemporary, comfortable and affordable to cater to those with a passion for discovering their best self.
